There are 24hrs in a day......
Those who complain they don't have enough time in the day to exercise, to experience WellBeing, to connect with their family/partner.......just think about it -
24hrs in a day
Sleep for 8hrs
Work for 8hrs
Eat, travel to/from work for 2hrs
Take the dog for a walk, family time for 2 hrs
That still leaves 4hrs!
Manage time.......don't let time manage you....
